4.1 Security of Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your s55ff login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. s55ff will never contact you requesting your password or full payment details via any channel.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. In the event that you suspect your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify s55ff customer support immediately at [email protected]. s55ff will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.
4.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all transactions and wagers placed through your Account, whether conducted by you or by any person using your credentials with or without your consent, until the point at which s55ff is formally notified of unauthorised access.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. s55ff reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule notified to the player at the time of account dormancy classification. Players will be given reasonable notice before any such fee is applied.

5.3 Deposits. Deposits to s55ff are subject to the minimum and maximum limits published on the Cashier page of the platform. 5.4 Withdrawals. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification as described in Section 3.4. The following actions are expressly prohibited on the s55ff platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

10.2 Player Losses. s55ff accepts no liability for any gambling losses sustained by players. Gambling is inherently a risk activity and players participate at their own discretion and risk. s55ff will not reimburse players for losses arising from decisions to wager, irrespective of circumstances.
10.3 Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, s55ff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
The collection, storage, and processing of personal data submitted to s55ff during registration, verification, and ongoing use of the platform is governed by the s55ff Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.
By creating an Account on s55ff, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including the use of your data for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.
